Starting your journey

As higher priority is placed on bookings made through the app –– it will be an easier and smoother experience for customers when it comes to booking their appointments. Customers can also manage their packages and referrals in the app for a smoother in spa experience.

Customers will be able to see a wide variety of available timeslots, have fuss-free appointment bookings, view their past visits and future appointments, manage their packages and view their loyalty points & benefits.

You may login via your email or mobile phone number that you have registered with us during your visit. The system will automatically sync your account details directly into your Porcelain app.

For first time logins, do click on forget password to receive your verification code and change your password.

Appointment booking

Click “Services” icon on the bottom of the homepage. From there, choose a service that you would like to book for by tapping it. You will be redirected to the appointment booking page. Click “Book Now” and a pop up will appear to choose your therapist. Once chosen, click “Next” and< strong>“Continue”. Choose the date and time that you prefer and book your appointment accordingly.

We want to make sure that your appointment(s) follows the treatment plan and suits your skin. There are certain treatments that can’t be done consecutively within a short period of time and we would like to ensure the best experience for our clients before an appointment slot is reserved.

Yes, just proceed to the “Appointments History” and click the “Rebook” button.

There is a section under “Book an Appointment” where you can select your desired add-ons. If no add-ons are required, you may leave the section un-selected.

All bookings made on the app are regarded as appointment requests and not confirmed. Once your slot has been confirmed, the booking will appear under“Upcoming Appointments”. It will take less than 48 hours prior to date to confirm.

The timeslots displayed are dependent on the specific treatments and locations –– especially for the extractions and premium facials. Do take note that certain treatments are exclusively offered at specific outlets as indicated in the drop-down menu.

Yes, appointments can be cancelled via the app 72 hours in advance. If you decided to cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the appointment, kindly contact Client Relations Team to reschedule.

App Features

You may check it under “My Appointments” –– it will display the number of sessions you have left with us along with its expiry date.

Yes, it can be done. At the top of the appointment details, tap onto the “Add to Calendar” button. This will prompt your mobile to sync the appointment to your default calendar.

You can always turn on your settings of Push Notifications. Likewise, you may opt-in to receive all transactional emails, newsletters and promotions by selecting the“Settings”icon on the top right corner of the dashboard.
